视觉之外的艺术——神态非凡的雪顿节

雪顿节的“雪”在藏语中是酸奶的意思，这一天的藏民喜欢吃酸奶，去哲蚌寺和色拉寺看展佛，各地还有赛马、藏戏等活动。8月17日是今年的雪顿节，学校食堂给我们准备了美味又地道的酸奶。这一碗碗的酸奶由纯正的牦牛奶制成，富有营养又健康，和妈妈做的酸奶是一样的味道。

The outstanding yoghurt festival

It is a tradition for Tibetans to eat yoghurt during the Shoton festival (also known as the Yoghurt festival), and go to see the great Tangka in the Drepung Monastery. In different locations, there are also other activities such as horseback riding and Tibetan plays that people participate in. The Shoton festival was held on August 17th, 2012, and the canteen prepared very delicious yoghurt for us that day. The yoghurt is made with pure yak milk, and it is very tasty and healthy; it tastes the same as the yoghurt my mom makes.[Photo by Deqen Yudron]
